“If you do not stand for something you will fall for anything.” One of hardest things I find about leading is staying true to your values. Even though you have the vision, the knowledge, the trust; your value system will be tested. At some point, your character and intentions will be questioned. However, during these times you have to know your motto? What are your hills? What are the battles to you worth fighting? If your leadership was a t-shirt; what would it say? Do not let the noise sway or keep you from doing what is right for the organization. Stay true to your values and when the wolf huffs and puffs at your house; remember it is made of bricks. You are the leader; you control your destiny. You are the door holder! Stay LOUD!
